I just love to watch the interactions of older brothers and sisters with their younger siblings! Sure you have the moments where they want nothing to do with them, but to capture those sweet moments showing their love is just such a treat for me! I had the pleasure of snuggling this little girl 3 times! (Fresh 48, indoor and outdoor newborn sessions!). Big sister is just the sweetest little girl (even her "No" is just adorable!). This family had only done indoor sessions with me, so it was great to have a chance to get them outside!

The soft glow as the sun starts to set is just such a wonderful time to get amazing portraits! This was one of the first times this little lady had a chance to play in the grass, and it was so fun to watch her reactions (and a right foot that just wouldn't stay down!).

I have once again had the incredible opportunity to have partnered with a local charity! Blessed Bags is a newly formed group with a mission to distribute comfort bags to both children and adults undergoing cancer treatment. Items they include (and are always looking for donations) are:
Lotions, blankets, new stuffed animals, children's books and puzzles and activity books!

As much as I love styled newborn sessions, it was truly amazing to walk into a hospital room and have the opportunity to capture the fresh new love these parents have for their new son! And I have to admit, I am now very sad I don't have these types of portraits of my own two kiddos to remember all of these tiny detail from the first few days (because let's face it, they are a whirlwind!).
